How do you open a 99999 maple case?
 

I bought a 99999 maple in the package with it still in the plastic casing from http://www.vbce.info and there's a spec of dust or dandruff in the case. I'd like to get that it out also makes me suspicious that it's a fake. Thou I'm guessing VBCE probably took it out to check for authenticity.

Anyways, I'm trying to open the case but since it's so tight and it makes a squeaking sound I'm afraid when I apply more pressure it'll explode and the coin will fly and damage itself. Since, it's so soft.

Should I just take it to a coin dealer or something?

That dandruff is probably from the mint worker, I've seen it before on slabbed coins, its called DNA evidence and is hard to avoid, besides it's cold up there and they

I'd put that one in a T30.6 Air-Tite holder and store the card.

I took mine out of that card, to store better. I just went around the edge of the plastic cap with my fingernail, and it comes off. Have a towel under it , in case. Also half of the cap. will stay in card the other half will come out with coin:applause_
